Job Description

At AniTech Limited, we revolutionize the filed of pre-clinical study by harnessing the power of AI in the drug screening process. To facilitate the rapid expansion of our company, we are seeking a talented Product Manager who will lead our multifaceted team to support the product development processes such as research on market trends/client needs, product innovation, product implementation, and product management.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor movements, and market competitive analysis to identify potential business and venture capital opportunities
• Assist in product design and innovation according to research results and business needs to help achieve the company’s business target.
• Develop and execute go-to-market planning and strategies, identify key target customers by understanding their needs, and provide solutions.
• Deliver the operating plan, and achievement of growth objectives, including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels of business and key customers.
• Responsible for implementing marketing activities and go-to-market strategies to meet Company’s new initiatives and product strategies, and effectively liaise with product development scientist teammates.
• Take charge of coordination and communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on product features and technical integration to ensure a high-quality product launch.
• Monitor for data results and enhance product solutions through data analysis.
• Take ownership of creating product requirement documents, writing product manuals/product introduction PPTs, and related user manuals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to formulate product strategies to identify opportunities and initiate relevant action plans.
• Conduct system analysis, implementation, testing, user training, and documentation on our electroencephalogram AI platform
• Actively participate in various incubation/start-up competitions.

Job Requirements

• Experience in animal experiments and related works.
• Experience in software and web development
• Working knowledge of AI analysis
